Research shows that just 7 mins of exercise each day can have many benefits.
In all honesty though, the motivation and inspiration for this campaign comes from my mum.
On the 2nd of March mum would have turned 70, so in her memory I think dedicating 7 mins of movement each day to her, and yourself, would be rewarding.
The 7 mins represents one minute for every 10 years of what she would be turning this year.
